Ask: Is the beans cooked with lard or dairy?

Ask whether the beans are cooked with lard, bacon or a meat stock.

Ask: Is the rice cooked in chicken broth?

Ask for it with beans or veggies instead of meat, and whether the beans and rice are made with lard or chicken stock.

Ask whether they are fried in beef fat or dusted with a seasoning that has milk in it.

Ask for it without the cheese.
