Queen Anne's Revenge (IPA)

Brewed in collaboration with our friend and neighbors at Emerald City Pirates. This "India Pirate Ale" is brewed with rye and demerara sugar, and then heavily hopped with classic PNW hops imparting notes of citrus, spice, fruit, and a little dank

Ask if they know which taps are vegan. Some beers are still cleared with fish gelatin, though most big brands are not.

Patersbier ("potters-beer")

A light Abbey style beer that is sessionable but with a malty profile and Belgian yeast character. This is the daily beer that the monks drink. ABV: 5.1%

Ask whether anything is mixed into it, as poured, most drinks are vegan.
