How to order vegan here

  • Vegan Sides Steamed brown or white rice, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots, steamed snap peas, and a Fresh Fruit Cup. Note the fried rice cannot be made vegan (cooked with egg, milk, and shellfish ingredients).
  • Steamed Edamame Simple steamed edamame with a sea salt topping; listed as a vegan appetizer.
  • Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps Minced vegetables, garlic, scallion, mint, sesame oil, iceberg lettuce, crispy rice sticks, tofu, and a lime wedge. Listed as a vegan appetizer.
  • House Salad Ask for no crispy wontons (the wrappers contain egg) and no sesame dressing (it contains oyster extracts and chicken by-products).
  • Buddha's Feast Five-spice tofu, savory sauce, green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots; available stir-fried or steamed. Listed as a plant-based main entree; the guide notes it can be customized fully vegan, so confirm with your server.
  • Chili-Garlic Green Beans Fiery red chili sauce, fresh garlic, and Sichuan preserves. Note the crispy green beans are NOT vegan (egg in the batter), but these are.
  • Baby Buddha's Feast Stir-fried or steamed broccoli, carrots, and sugar snap peas with a side of fresh fruit.
  • Noodles (Plain or Korean Glass) Plain wheat noodles or Korean sweet potato glass noodles - ask for no egg, and ask for them made with just oil and soy sauce. Availability varies by location, so it is worth asking your server. The garlic noodles are NOT vegan (made with butter).
