Sonic Drive in Ft Worth Sycamore School & Mc Cart

How to order vegan here

• Vegan Breads Bagel (not at all locations), hamburger bun, hoagie bun, hot dog bun, pretzel, and tortilla. All except the hoagie bun and pretzel vary by location and some may include dairy depending on the bakery, so ask before ordering. None are gluten-free.
• Vegan Options Soft Pretzel Twist.^: SUB cheese packet with yellow mustard, ketchup or relish ... comes sprinkled with pretzel salt.
• Soft Pretzel Twist Order with no butter and no cheese sauce; substitute one of the vegan condiment packets for dipping. Fried foods share a fryer with animal products, so cross-contamination is a personal call.
• French Fries Vegan ingredients (bun oil, fryer shortening and liquid margarine are all accidentally vegan), but there are no separate fryers for plant-based foods, so cross-contamination is a personal call. Some locations may be willing to fry in clean oil if you ask.
• Tater Tots Vegan ingredients, but fried in shared oil with animal products. Onion rings are NOT vegan (they contain milk).
• Build Your Own Veggie Sandwich Sonic's veggie burger contains dairy, so instead fill one of the vegan bread options (hamburger bun, hoagie bun, hot dog bun, tortilla) with as many sandwich toppings as they will give you and slather with plant-based sauces.
• Zesty Salad (DIY) Ask for a container full of lettuce, onion, tomato, both kinds of peppers, avocado, and lemon juice on the side; mix the avocado with the juice as dressing and sprinkle with celery salt and pepper.
• Sweet Tart Dessert (DIY banana cup) Request a cup of sliced bananas with lemons and limes on the side, then squeeze the citrus over the fruit. Top with graham crackers, maraschino cherries, Oreos, peanut butter topping, or strawberry topping.
