Galaxy, with its crazy tropical aroma that’s laced with zesty tangerine and ginger spice, is one of those hops that doesn’t require other hops with it to make a beer pop. We originally brewed this beer with an expressive yeast that covered up some of the wild aromas of the hop, so we decided to brew this batch with a neutral yeast to let the Galaxy speak

Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. The Simcoe we selected earlier this year has a really cool apricot and blackberry character that accompanies Mosaic’s melon and guava character really well. Mo’ Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out. West Coast for life!

Dobis is our 100% Citra hopped pale ale that starts with lots of Scottish Golden Promise malt to create a graham cracker base. Then Citra brings forth lots of pineapple, mandarin, citrus, and mango. We love Citra, it is super juicy and flavorful. This is the first beer in a long line of brews that we make hopped only with it. Cheers to the OG Dobis!
