"The vineyards used for Offerus are located in two distinct St. Joseph areas. The communities of Mauves, Tournon, and St. Jean de Muzols yield over 80% of the blend and are owned by Jean-Louis. These southern vineyard sites express tightly wound tannins, spice, and power. They add structure and depth to complete the harmony of Offerus. The remaining vineyards are located in more northerly communities around Serrières, and even these are farmed mainly by Jean-Louis, though he doesn’t own the vineyards. This soil produces wines which are more elegant with incredible purity, definition, and focus."<br /><br />-Winemaker

500Ml - "Intensely rich pervading walnut aromas. The palate is dry, intense, rich and deep with a long and powerful flavor. Oloroso solera of extreme age, bottled in its natural state. Intense and silky on the palate yet completely dry. As all Hidalgo sherries, displays elegance and balance, and inimitable savor, from the low-pH fruit obtained in Hidalgo's seaside vineyard estates." -Winemaker

"From vines planted in the “cru” Valeirano in Treiso situated at 200 to 350 meters altitude, southwest facing on limestone/white marne soils. The vines here were planted in 1971. Manual harvest occurs in middle of October. There is a 12-day maceration in stainless steel and, after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, the wine is racked into large “botte” plus several barriques to account for the overflow. The wine is then aged for an additional 20 to 24 months prior to being bottled, unfined and unfiltered. An additional 6 to 8 months of bottle aging follows before commercial release." -Rosenthal

"The village offering from Morey Saint Denis is sourced from grapes in “Clos Solon” and and “Les Crais”. The vines were planted in 1966 and another section in 1986. Under most circumstances, Forey does not rack his wines during elevage, permitting the wines to rest on the fine lies until they are racked when ready for bottling."<br /><br />-Rosenthal

Philippe Jouan is a highly talented wine maker and this wine shows why. Elegant and balanced the wine shows cherry, raspberry, and strawberry flavors and aromas, spices like Szechuan pepper, black pepper, and nutmeg." -Importer

"There are several important vineyard sites that form the base of the Gigondas that comes to the USA, including Gour de Chaulé, Les Blaches, and Les Bousquets. The average age of the Grenache vines planted within these plots is 55 years (as of 2011). Production levels generally average 30 to 32 hectoliters per hectare. The grapes are harvested manually and are never destemmed. There is a three week cuvaison. A small amount of press juice is added back to the cuvee. Malolactic fermentation takes place in cuvée and, after the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked into large oak “foudres” where it stays for approximately 18 months."<br /><br />-Importer

"BIG SALT™ is a white wine that tries to capture a day at the beach in a bottle. Fresh, dry, breezy - the bright aromas of the wine are met with a dry, almost salty textured palate that’s well-suited for sitting in the sun and hanging with friends. Sustainable and Organic vineyards throughout Oregon are the building blocks for Big Salt." -Winemaker

"A medium red in color, the nose has floral red cherry with spice, sweet earth and is about as Burgundian as you can get. The palate builds in structure and interest as any great example of the variety does. Damp earth and spice work with dark cherry that are interjected with beautifully integrated spice, acid gives structure and dimension but in no way dominating. A truly exceptional wine." -Wine Reviewer

250Ml Can - "It's 100% Sauvignon Blanc — with bubbles. This quaffable summer beverage is so light, so refreshing, that it almost transcends the genre of wine. As Chris says, "Es crushablé. Chris sources his Sauvignon Blanc from small family farmers in Sonoma County. The colors on the can were inspired by the lemon-lime, passionfruit flavors of this wine — crack a can whenever you'd pop a bottle." -Maker

"The 2016 Collosorbo Brunello di Montalcino wafts up a rich display of crushed wild berries, exotic brown and balsamic spice, along with rubbed sage and cedar box. It’s juicy and energetic with masses of sweet cherry and blackberries fleshing out across the palate, leaving a subtle layer of minerals and fine tannins adding a bit of a grippy feel. The 2016 is classically dry, yet not severely tannic, instead tapering off to a mix of sour citrus, red currants and hints of licorice. This may not be a Brunello for the ages, but it will provide a lot of enjoyment over the next five to ten years."<br /><br />-Importer

“A bright cherry color and a medium to medium/high body. Aromatic intensity, dark and red fruits with brush strokes of vanilla and woods such as cedar. Intense taste, juicy dried fruit (underripe black plums) and a heavy acidity that lingers. Velvety feel, with tension, verticality and elegance, and also notes of balsamic vinegar, dried aromatic herbs and spices. Still young and lively. The wood is perceived more in the nose than the mouth, where it is well amalgamated.<br /><br />Ramon Francàs – June 2020

"Tradition reigns at Haut-Ségottes. Harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place in cuvée. Wines are rotated into barrel for an “elevage” of approximately 18 months. Approximately 20% of the barrels are new. Wines are bottled unfiltered. Although the majority of the vineyards are planted to Merlot (see above), the ultimate cuvée bottled as Chateau Haut Segottes Saint Emilion Grand Cru features a majority of Cabernet Franc. This dominance of Cabernet Franc (frequently on the order of 65%) produces a wine of considerable structure and is exceptionally age-worthy."<br /><br />-Importer

"Bursting from the glass with aromas of blackberries, smoked meats, licorice and cassis, the 2018 Morey-Saint-Denis is medium to full-bodied, rich and nicely concentrated, built around powdery tannins and concluding with a long, sapid finish." -William Kelley, The Wine Advocate
Brovia is a traditional estate crafting exceptional Baroli from the village which is the heart of Piedmont. Large foudres and minimal intervention for long periods means that these are wines that respect the nature of time. But while you sit and wait for those monolithic wines to deem themselves ready for consumption, you’ll need some “right now” juice. That is where this wine comes in. The barbera is textbook, with tart black cherries and licorice-like undertones to carry the savory, earthy finish. Drink with all the pork
