Ask for it without the egg.

Stir-fry sauce, and flat noodles

Ask whether the broth or sauce is made with fish sauce, oyster sauce or a meat stock.

Stir fry vegetables, and rice

Ask whether the rice is cooked in stock or finished with butter.

Tomato, and lettuce. The dressing may be non-vegan

Ask for oil and vinegar, the house dressing is where the dairy or anchovy hides.
