This is one of the 3 that I had sampled. The other 2 were manos-something and ethophia-something, both of which are no longer in circulation. Luckily, out of the 3, this 1848 is my favorite. I like dark, bold and heavy roast brews and this fits the bill. It's lighter than Porter (which is also my favorite) but still firm bodied. Glad it's still available

My daughter recommended that I try Night Shift. My regular coffee is a Colombian. I found Night Shift to be a great pick me up! It just has a bold taste that is perfect for starting my day. Some mornings I want to ease into the day others I want a jumpstart. Night Shift is a jumpstart! I give it a big thumbs up

A very nice delicate but distinctive flavor. I like to use it as a break from dark roasts like 1848 and Bold Slugger. Makes a lovely morning cup

This is a solid coffee, I usually use drip. I wish they would bring back the other Ethiopian bean that was even better than this (had it couple years ago in chicago)
