As of 2026, we're not sure if we should call it vegan. We had the Tortilla Soup as being vegan, on this guide, since January 2024 because Qdoba had it noted as being vegan. Their most recent dietary guide (dated 10.14.25) has it noted as vegetarian and no longer vegan. After receiving the ingredients in the Tortilla Soup from Qdoba's guest relations, we're not sure why. Here are the ingredients. You can decide for yourself.
• Vegan Sauces Roasted Tomato Salsa (mild), Pico de Gallo (mild), Chile Corn Salsa (mild), Salsa Verde (medium), Fiery Habanero (hot), Citrus Lime Vinaigrette (salad dressing), Pickled Red Onion, Pickled Jalapeno, Guacamole^, Grilled Fajita Peppers, Shredded Lettuce, Cilantro, Tortilla Strips.
