Vegetarian: just means you want a veggie based dish/no animal protein. Kids Nachos: Order with NO queso. Loaded Tortilla Soup: Qdoba offers a Tortilla Soup for limited times. As of 2026, we're not sure if we should call it vegan. We had the Tortilla Soup as being vegan, on this guide, since January 2024 because Qdoba had it noted as being vegan. Their most recent dietary guide (dated 10.14.25) has it noted as vegetarian and no longer vegan. After receiving the ingredients in the Tortilla Soup from Qdoba's guest relations, we're not sure why.
