We collaborated with our good friends over at Mind Over Mash for this refreshing and crisp grisette (a subset of the more common saison style of beers). We brewed this one to lean heavy on flavors of clove and coriander, and with a clean crisp finish, it's very drinkable. 5.9%, 19 IBU

Brewed with 100% Belgian Pilsner and Trappist yeast, this "lawnmower" ale is not as big as your typical Belgian ale. Mild and faintly fruity, Belgian monks brew this for sustenance as they abide by religious routines. Patersbier is light and easy to drink without over-indulging!

An amber ale with a fine balance of malt characters and light fruitiness leaning into a distinct caramelized finish. It’s a TBC family favorite, named after one of the owners for his love of darker, full-flavor grains

This beautiful (and delicious) red IPA is inspired by the smooth sounds of Jake Dugan's music. Back before quarantine, you could catch Jake playing live in the taproom on a semi-regular basis. Until we jam again, get you some of this earthy red IPA. 6.8% ABV, 35 IBU

On Friday, September 11, we are tapping our first ever bourbon barrel aged beer—BBA Gilgamesh. Aged in Buffalo Trace Kentucky bourbon barrels, this strong dark stout is filled with heavy roasted flavor and undertones of chocolate. We've also teamed up with our friends at Schakolad Chocolate Factory to take this already awesome beer to the next level. The first 100 customers to order a 12oz draft in the taproom will also receive a specially made dark chocolate bourbon ball (infused with Buffalo Trace bourbon!) to enjoy alongside their beer. Hurry in—these are going to go fast!

Brewed and dry-hopped with Cashmere hops, Dank Daddy is bursting with flavors of citrus and melon with a light herbal aroma. As a Brut IPA, it is on the dryer side of things which really lets the dankness of those hops shine without leaving too powerful of an aftertaste! It's clean, crisp, and crushable!

A generous amount of Citra hops provide the wonderfully dank flavors and aroma in this hazy IPA. It is punctuated by a heavy dry-hopping of Amarillo hops, giving it some distinct tropical citrus fruit flavors of grapefruit, orange, and lemon

Pekko hops all the way through this new brut give it a great floral, earthy, herbal aroma. Subtle flavors of pear, cucumber, and citrus settle in on a really great aftertaste, but it's real strength is in it's light drinkability. This one goes down super, super easy and will keep you cheesin' nonstop
