Herb Bologna & Salami from our local favorite deli, Continental Gourmet Sausage, sliced thin and topped with shredded lettuce, Mama Lil’s Pickled Peppers, pepperoncinis, and pickled & raw red onion, tossed in our house oregano vinaigrette, and topped with real Italian (DOP) pecorino cheese, served on a soft sesame roll from France Bakery & with a side of special house made chili vinegar. This sandwich celebrates Larry Mantle, host of AirTalk on NPR-member station KPCC, 89.3 FM, since April 1st, 1985. AirTalk is the longest-running daily talk show in Southern California. Larry has been by the shop and tried/approved-of his sandwich!
