Bạc Xỉu – A Saigon classic. Condensed milk mixed with fresh milk and a double shot of robusta coffee for a creamy, gentle sip. Before Vietnam fell in love with cà phê sữa đá, there was bạc xỉu. The name comes from the Cantonese phrase “bạc tẩy xỉu phé”, meaning “a glass of milk with just a splash of coffee.” It originated in Chợ Lớn (Saigon’s Chinatown) during the 1950s, when tea houses offered it to guests who wanted the aroma of coffee without its intensity. Traditionally, it’s made with condensed milk, hot water, and just a small amount of coffee, resulting in a creamy, sweet, and lightly caffeinated drink. It quickly became a comfort favorite for kids, elders, or anyone who wanted the flavor of coffee without the full strength. Sweet, creamy, and gentle, like the childhood memory of sipping coffee for the first time

Fragrant black tea with a hint of citrusy bergamot, shaken with non-dairy creamer, condensed milk, and cane sugar for a smooth, classic milk tea finish. Earl Grey is one of the world’s most iconic teas, known for its distinct flavor of bold black tea infused with bergamot, a fragrant Mediterranean citrus. At Sip House, we give it a comforting milk-tea twist. Instead of dairy, we use non-dairy creamer, a staple in many Asian milk tea traditions. The creamer lends a silky body and mellow sweetness that softens the briskness of the tea, making it both refreshing and indulgent. The result is a cup that feels familiar yet elevated: floral, citrusy, and creamy, with the kind of balance that makes you want to sip slow

Jasmine Green Milk Tea – Fragrant jasmine green tea shaken with non-dairy creamer, condensed milk, for a floral, refreshing twist on the classic milk tea. Light, floral, and comforting. Jasmine green tea has been enjoyed across Asia for centuries. Its fragrance comes from jasmine blossoms layered into the tea leaves, infusing them with a delicate aroma and flavor. At Sip House, we turn this tradition into a modern milk tea. Steeped green tea is blended with non-dairy creamer, giving the drink a soft body that balances the floral notes without overpowering them. The result is a milk tea that’s lighter than black tea versions, with a refreshing finish and subtle sweetness. It’s a sip that feels both classic and contemporary: perfect for anyone who loves milk tea but craves something more delicate

We start with jasmine green tea, known for its delicate aroma and refreshing taste, then mixed with non-dairy creamer for smoothness. On top, we add a layer of our house-made pistachio cream, rich, nutty, and slightly sweet. The result is a lighter take on our signature flavor: floral, creamy, and indulgent without being heavy. Fresh Mint Mojito Iced Latte – Inspired by Philz Coffee. A refreshing twist with muddled fresh mint, sweetened condensed milk, and bold espresso. Bright, creamy, and earthy. No, it’s not a cocktail—this drink was born in the U.S. at Philz Coffee, and it quickly became a cult favorite. The magic comes from muddled fresh mint leaves, layered with sweetened cream and strong coffee for a cup that’s refreshing yet indulgent. At Sip House, we make it our own by pairing robusta espresso with the minty condensed milk blend, creating a drink that’s both bold and cooling. Bạc Xỉu Muối (Salted Milk Coffee) - A Saigon classic reborn. Sweet condensed milk, smooth robusta, and a touch of Vietnamese salted cream that balances sweetness with depth. Comforting, creamy, and sweet. Bạc xỉu traces back to 1950s Saigon, when Cantonese tea houses in Chợ Lớn offered a sweeter alternative to cà phê sữa đá: a little coffee mixed with a lot of condensed milk. It quickly became a nostalgic comfort drink for those who wanted coffee’s aroma without its intensity. In recent decades, Vietnam’s modern café culture gave bạc xỉu a bold upgrade with muối (salt). The salted cream and milk trend, pioneered in Vietnam, not abroad—transforms the drink into something richer and more balanced. The salt softens condensed milk’s sweetness, deepens the robusta’s chocolatey notes, and creates a smooth, indulgent cup that feels both nostalgic and new. At Sip House, our Bạc Xỉu Muối is a nod to Saigon’s street-side roots
